Delivery & Returns
Please note – Deliveries are not guaranteed if we are not supplied with the contact phone number of the recipient.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 4-6 hours from the time specified; Delivery may be unavailable or affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you as soon as we are able to contact you, should you be unsatisfied with your order.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, containing your order details. This will normally happen within a few minutes of ordering. If you have a query regarding your delivery or think of further details we should know please contact us at email@example.com
By using W&W delivery service you agree that our drivers will use their professional judgement to decide whether the flowers can be left safely at the address provided if there is no one there to physically receive them. We take no responsibility for the flowers once delivery has been made.
If we have attempted delivery and been unsuccessful a second delivery charge will apply for return to W&W and/or re direction to another address. You will be notified immediately if this occurs. You will also have the option to collect the flowers from W&W once returned.
If the flowers have to be left with a Concierge/Security or Loading dock personnel, we are not liable for the flowers from this point on.
We deliver products within Klang Valley. Shipping costs are influenced by location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order we will notify you immediately.
